2025 marked a pivotal transformation. We made the strategic decision to exit the low-end market and reposition our brand around Affordable Luxury. To ensure consistency in every plastic shower head and brass shower set, we selected only 30 of the best home workshops as our core production base. We standardized raw materials (using high-quality solid brass), electroplating processes, and product packaging to deliver premium quality without the premium price tag.
In 2026, aligned with our Affordable Luxury philosophy, we are launching the Forain series. This new line expands our expertise into sophisticated faucet projects. Consistency is key to quality assurance. All partner factories are required to source ABS raw materials exclusively from Zhenjiang Qimei (707/757 grade). Furthermore, all plastic components are sent to a single, designated electroplating partner in Shangyu. This facility specializes in 96-hour neutral salt spray testing, guaranteeing that the finish on our brass shower heads and plastic parts meets high corrosion-resistance standards.
As a leading shower head supplier, we control the blueprint of quality. All new product molds are designed by our in-house team. We mandate the use of 2083 mold steel with specific quenching treatment (HRC48-54) and process them at designated machining plants. This ensures that every private label shower head we produce has precise tolerances and a long production life.
Our status as a reliable faucet manufacturer is built on floor-level control. All injection molding machines used by our partners are primarily "Haitian" brand, known for reliability. Our on-site production control includes three non-negotiable checks:
Semi-finished Product Control: Measurements are taken every 20 minutes from the injection molding machines to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Electroplating Control: Upon arrival from the electroplating facility, samples enter our lab for immediate salt spray testing to validate the batch.
100% Leakage Detection: Every single product, whether a handheld shower or a complex shower system, undergoes a water leakage test before being approved.
Before any shower set or faucet leaves for our global customers, all finished goods are shipped to the HUANYU central warehouse. Here, we conduct a final pre-shipment inspection (sampling) and perform unified packaging. This final step ensures that whether you order a single silver s.s shower set or a full container of wholesale bathroom sets, the presentation and quality are perfectly consistent.
